1. General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers from CCTV Benelux, trading under the trade name CCTV-Benelux. The conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the internet site of www.cctv-benelux.nl. On request we will send you a written copy.
1.2 By placing an order you indicate that you agree with the terms of delivery and payment. CCTV Benelux reserves the right to change its delivery and/or payment conditions after the expiry of the term.
1.3 CCTV Benelux guarantees that the delivered product complies with the agreement and meets the specifications stated in the offer.


2. Delivery
2.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.
2.2 Most articles are available from stock, so no long delivery times. CCTV Benelux will agree on a delivery term of a maximum of 20 working days. If the agreed delivery term is exceeded for whatever reason, the buyer has the right to dissolve the agreement and any payments made will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
2.3 All terms stated on the website are indicative. No rights can therefore be derived from the stated periods.
2.4 Items that are available from stock will be delivered within 24 hours after receipt of your payment. Cash on delivery orders are sent immediately if ordered before 3:00 PM.


3. Prices
3.1 Prices will not be increased within the term of the offer, unless legal measures make this necessary or if the manufacturer implements interim price increases.
3.2 All prices on the internet site are subject to printing and typesetting errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typesetting errors.
3.3 All prices on the internet site are exclusive of 21% VAT.
3.4 For orders under € 50.00, € 10.00 administration costs will be charged


4. Payment
4.1 The first five deliveries and/or € 3,000.00 will only be made cash on delivery or by payment in advance.
4.2 You can cancel your order at any time by e-mail and/or in writing. No cancellation costs are charged for this.


5. Ownership
5.1 Delivered goods remain the property of CCTV Benelux until the entire purchase price has been paid and the customer has fulfilled all his obligations. The risk with regard to the products is already transferred to you at the time of delivery.


6.2 For the return, within 10 days, of an incorrect order, we apply a 10 and 50% re-stocking fee.
There is no entitlement to a refund if the product:

     - has been activated and/or used
     - is damaged
     - has damaged packaging
     - is not returned in the original packaging
     - the return is not properly and properly packaged and/or the original purchase invoice or packing slip is missing
     - seals are broken
     - goods specially ordered for you
     - is a consumable item, such as batteries, accumulators, SD cards, hard drives, software, etc.


Unless otherwise agreed, no shipping costs will be reimbursed by CCTV Benelux.


7. Data Management
7.1 If you place an order with CCTV Benelux, your details will be included in CCTV Benelux's customer base. CCTV Benelux adheres to the Personal Data Registration Act and will not provide your data to third parties.
7.2 CCTV Benelux respects the privacy of the users of the internet site and ensures that your personal data is treated confidentially.
7.3 CCTV Benelux uses a mailing list in some cases. Each mailing contains instructions to remove yourself from this list.

8. Warranty
8.1 CCTV Benelux guarantees that the products supplied by it meet the requirements of usability, reliability and lifespan as reasonably intended by the parties to the purchase agreement, and therefore guarantees the manufacturer's guarantee of the product supplied to you.
8.2 CCTV Benelux's warranty period corresponds to the manufacturer's warranty period, namely 12 months. This guarantee does not apply if the defect is due to 1. neglected care, or 2. intentional damage, or 3. oversight.
8.3 Claim under warranty lapses if service/repair services other than those designated by the manufacturer have carried out repair or other work on the product.


9. Quotations
9.1 Quotations are without obligation, unless stated otherwise in the quotation.
9.2 Upon acceptance of a non-binding offer by the buyer, CCTV Benelux reserves the right to revoke or deviate from the offer within a period of 3 working days after receipt of that acceptance.
9.3 Oral promises only bind CCTV Benelux after they have been confirmed explicitly and in writing.


10. Agreement
10.1 An agreement between CCTV Benelux and the client is concluded after an order or assignment has been assessed for feasibility by CCTV Benelux.
10.2 CCTV Benelux reserves the right, without stating reasons, not to accept orders or assignments or to accept them only under the condition that the shipment takes place cash on delivery or after payment in advance.


11. Pictures and Specifications
11.1 All images, photos, drawings, etc. and (technical) specifications; including data regarding weights, dimensions, colors, etc. on the CCTV Benelux website are only approximate, are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.


12. Force majeure
12.1 CCTV Benelux is not liable if and insofar as its obligations cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure.
12.2 Force majeure is understood to mean any strange cause, as well as any circumstance, which should not reasonably be at its risk. Delays in or non-performance by our suppliers, transport difficulties, strikes, government measures, delays in supply, negligence on the part of suppliers and/or manufacturers of CCTV Benelux, as well as auxiliary persons, illness of staff, defects in aids or means of transport are expressly regarded as force majeure.
12.3 In the event of force majeure, CCTV Benelux reserves the right to suspend its obligations and is also entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part, or to demand that the content of the agreement be changed in such a way that execution remains possible. Under no circumstances is CCTV Benelux obliged to pay any fine or compensation.


13. Applicable law/competent court
13.1 Dutch law applies to all agreements.
13.2 Disputes arising from an agreement between CCTV Benelux and the buyer, which cannot be resolved in mutual consultation, will be heard by the competent court, unless CCTV Benelux prefers to submit the dispute to the competent court of the place of residence of the buyer. subjects, and with the exception of those disputes that fall within the competence of the subdistrict court judge.
